What is Magnelis?
Magnelis® is a patented metallic coating developed by ArcelorMittal, made from
a unique mix of zinc (Zn), 3.5% aluminum (Al), and 3% magnesium (Mg).
This breakthrough formula creates a self-healing protective layer that covers scratches, cut edges, and drill points—delivering up to 3 times the corrosion resistance of traditional galvanized steel.
It performs exceptionally well in coastal, industrial, agricultural, and high-humidity environments, ensuring structural longevity and minimal maintenance.
